Founder/CEO

Dr. Spencer-Sandolph holds a PhD in Human Service, with a specialization in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.  She is a retired Sergeant Major in the United States Army.  Sergeant Major Spencer-Sandolph served our country for 32 years.  Her area of expertise is Human Resource, Leadership, in addition to her military assignment she served as an Army Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and Victim Advocate. She is a phenomenal motivational speaker and a profound Victim Advocate Trainer.

Know magazine featured Dr. Spencer-Sandolph in the Spring 2022 edition.  She was recognition as one of the 100 women to be the most influential, achieved, and honorable women across the United States.

Dr. Tracy is a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault. She is committed to serving the community by transforming the lives of those impacted by domestic/sexual violence and homelessness.  Her personal experience, leadership, and mentoring are the perfect recipe for serving an underserved community.

She is member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Dr. Spencer-Sandolph founded Restoration & Purpose Community Outreach Inc (formerly known as Restoration & Purpose for Women, Inc) on February 4, 2015. She formed Restoration & Purpose Training Academy in May 2019, where she teaches the 40-hr Basic Victim Advocate Course.

Restoration & Purpose Community Outreach, Inc is designed to collaborate, coordinate, and challenge the community to reduce public health issues, provide resources to individuals and families and build strong relationships among our community and families. “Caring and Connecting” are our mission.

Vision Statement

Restoration & Purpose Community Outreach plays an important role in improving and extending service through different outreach activities, such as (1) advocating for public health issues, (2) obtaining resources through partnerships, (3) connecting with the community, and (4) caring for individuals and families.
